Be Wonder Woman*Man

  • Each morning, practice the posture of the Wonder Woman*Man in your bathroom. Play with your posture and have fun!
  • Feet apart — hands on hips — chest open — chin, and nose up.
  • Feel your roots anchor you and flash your best smile!
  • Truth: Trying on this posture can change your hormone levels from feeling less to being powerful.

Tip: When you feel powerless, shy, or triggered, remember this posture.

Your posture speaks volumes. It affects your voice, your attitude, your level of confidence, and your self-love!

Practicing a powerful posture helps you take a different stance in life. Give it a try!
