Let’s start with a 🌴 Tiny Island Tip:

I’ve shared a lot about Brave Boundaries

And the most important fact is, they protect your heart! Because of any stress we feel in any area of our life, fuzzy boundaries included are damaging to the heart.

I’ve fine-tuned my boundary awareness over the last year. It’s a powerful practice that has courage, clarity, and compassion at its core. All are qualities of a strong heart.

My biggest goal in life is to be unconditionally happy by living from the heart. Yes! That’s a big thing…too much to share for this whisper; be ready to hear more as we go.

Today’s tip touches on an area you might not think about when you hear the word boundaries.

🌟

Most of the time, we think about boundaries as something happening outside ourselves.

But that’s not all; it’s not all about them, the people who test us, it’s also about us, in how we engage with ourselves. It’s about negative self-talk that triggers stress and creates pressure on our hearts.

Pay attention to when this happens, draw your boundary not to be triggered, and simply say NO!

Commit to: No more arguments with the lack you felt in the past!

See you next week for more ideas!

Share in the comments how you’re doing with your practice.

I’d love to hear from you.

Much love,

Manuela 🌴✨🐘
